Greetings From The 49th State

Hello, I' m Rachael Stohr, and thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I live in Alaska, from which i derive my inspiration. As a kid, I was fascinated with science fiction, fantasy, anime and comic books. My sketchbooks are full of that stuff. But as an adult my finished work has thus far been rooted in animals and the natural world. I've come to love creation in all of its abundance and chaos and color. Plus, robots and cyberpunk cityscapes are really damn hard to draw!

I work primarily with ink, alcohol markers and colored pencils.
